In Cops and Robbers we have a Robber leader
and a Cop Leader.

I am the Robber leader!

all Leaders have all the magic in the world 

Leaders can teach other people in there team gaurd magic so  the become there Bodygaurds

to give team members magic they to take a test to get diffrent powers

Bodygaurds can only use there magic if they are trying look after 
the base
